CINNAMON HERBAL TEA PLUS
Cinnamon has been used for thousands of years as spice and a healing agent. It was used in China for fever, diarrhea and menstrual symptoms as far back as 2000 B.C.

Cinnamon has a long history of medicinal use in many cultures. It comes from the inner bark of evergreen trees that are native to India and Sri Lanka. It is thought that it is the polyphenols in the cinnamon that are mostly responsible for its protection against diabetes and heart disease.
Other health benefits that may be attributable to cinnamon include its use as a digestive aid – helping to relieve gas and bloating; antibacterial activity (for example against agents such as E. coli); helping to treat diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting.

While cinnamon can surely benefit your blood sugar, it must coincide with a healthy eating plan that includes at least 25 grams of fiber daily, plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit, whole grains, and water.

Cinnamon is traditionally used to help digestion, relieve stomach upset, back pain and stop excessive menstrual flow.
