John E. Carter, Esquire, Chairman of the Board, General Counsel, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Mr. Carter is one of the main founding investors in the company. He is a practicing Attorney in Fairfax, Virginia also a senior partner in the firm of Carter & Obregon P.L.L.C. Having vast experience in corporate and commercial law, Mr. Carter is responsible for the day to day operations, overseeing legal issues and financial matters of the organization.

Formerly, Mr. Carter was a founder of specialty beer Label Company that produced and distributed Hog Brew, Dog Pound Brew and other sports related alcoholic beverages. In addition to the above, he is also involved in real estates investments. He owns several companies, i.e. Construction Company, real estate settlement services and a title insurance company.

His education background is undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and a law degree from the University of Mississippi.
