Thomas F. DeCaro, Jr., Esquire is an attorney who practices law in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, outside Washington, DC. Mr. DeCaro was formerly a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland having passed his examinations in 1985. Mr. DeCaro has placed his CPA license in an inactive status since his law practice takes the majority of his time. Mr. DeCaro is experienced in all areas of tax law as well as corporate and securities law. He will oversee financial and tax planning as well as assisting on securities and corporate law issues.

Mr. DeCaro formerly worked at Ernst and Young from 1987 to 1990 and the Internal Revenue Service from 1979 to 1982. Mr. DeCaro received his undergraduate degree and his law degree from Catholic University in Washington D.C. as well as an accounting degree from University of Maryland.
