Frank H. Kane, Esquire, Assistant General Counsel.

Frank H. Kane, Esquire was the former General Counsel for Financial News Network, Inc. and United Press International, Inc. Mr. Kane is currently General Counsel and a member of the Board of Directors of American Military University, Inc., a University specializing in distance learning. Mr. Kane has extensive business experience and has sat on the Boards of Directors of Comtex Scientific Corporation and Fiscal Management, Inc. as well as several other private companies. Mr. Kane will assist in overseeing legal affairs and negotiations.

Mr. Kane currently is in the private practice of law in Washington, D.C. He obtained his law degree from the University of Richmond and serve in the United States Army in the Judge Advocate General Corp prior to his entry into the private work force.
