Robert J. Shade - Owner of R. J. Shade & Associates will provide bookkeeping and invoicing services by contract as well as consulting services for tax and accounting issues.

Leslie O. Carter - Sales Consultant. Mrs. Carter, who is the wife of Mr. John E, Carter, will provide sales support for the Venus product to local store and shop owners and other retailers. She has over twenty years of sales and marketing experience in retail stores, the real estate and title insurance business, and as a licensed real estate agent.

Daniel R. Carter - Sales Consultant. Mr. Carter, who is Mr. John E. Carter's brother, is presently a national account sales representative for M.C.I. selling telecommunications and technology equipment and services. He previously has won sales awards at AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Sprint and is an accomplished salesman.

John D'Emidio - Sales Consultant. A former employee at Northern Virginia Beverage Distributors, Mr. D'Emidio will consult on the distribution business in all phases. He has extensive local contacts in the distribution and retail area.
